Mark Millsap, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases of the vitreous and retina. His area of sub-specialty includes medical and surgical management of macular disorders, diabetic retinopathy, complex retinal detachments and trauma.
In Dr. Millsap has been providing expert Retina and Vitreous care to patient of the Ohio Valley Eye Institute as a Vitreo-Retina surgeon and physician for over 10 years. His role in our practice is devoted exclusively to treatment of the retina, vitreous and macula. Dr. Millsap sees patients at our downtown office.
Dr. Millsap is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
