Staff Optometrist:

Indiana and or KY licensed optometrist.  The ideal candidate will have 3 + years of experience and/or a residency in Optometry.   Duties include general optometry skills:  medical, vision, optical, contact lens as well as pre and post-op care for LASIK/Cataract Surgery.
